I find it close between Nen, Breathing style, and Stands being both the most interesting and applicable to real life

breathing style is the dumbest shit and all the attacks are the same no matter what technique they are actually using, its always just a sword swing (im anime only so not sure if that changes later)
no idea what "power level" means for dragon ball as dragon ball doesnt have a single combat system, they have normal kung fu, magic and chi
naruto has the most interesting combat system out of the anime i watched (i only watched one piece, dragon ball and demon slayer out of your list) but you didnt put that as an option unfortunately

I personally don't get some of your explanations on your list because I may have not watched some of those anime because the graphics were shit. (personal opinion here).

So, how does Baki the Grappler type anime fighting style could fit into your list? How about "Yuyu Hakusho (what ever it is called" or the anime series where they are Human forms of named swords throughout Japans History etc.

Now, the "Magi's Grandson" series was great, using Magic without incantations (some BS poetry wording) in comparison to a lot of magic anime, I mean there is the anime series that also does this with the "Re-incarnation of a Slouch" (not really slouch, but a lazy homebody that dies etc), or maybe "So, I am a Spider, So what"... then you have like "The Shield Hero" (to be honest, I really think that would be #1)

You also have Re-incarnated as a Slime and also another one (can not remember name) where he becomes a Demon in a fantasy world, but he was also the best gamer in another game that he played in his own time... he had a dual personality and did not like his "Righteous" persona and Justice in the form of a Dragon etc... then you have the "Demon from another World" series, also the Dungeon crawling ones where an individual has a God as their Guild boss, you even have a Dungeon crawl type only for them... and so many more.

My vote is Null n Void, but I am somewhat leaning towards "The Shield Hero" because during his adventure, he slogs it out and progresses like you do in real life.

EDIT: there is that anime with the word "Infinite Dendogram" if I remember correctly. Has a different way of combat system.

Yu Yu would be spirit energy manipulation very similar to Hunter X Hunter but less threshed out in details

Haven’t seen the rest of the animes you mentioned. I’m intrigued to check out Baki the Grappler

Personally, I don't recall "World Trigger" (may have to re watch it to understand where you are at). As for breathing (not sure if an anime series) I am confused.

Currently we have "Ki" and "Chi" with oriental martial arts (Fighting Arts).

"Ki" is predominately how strong your "Foundation" is while executing your attack / defense.
"Chi" is predominately how you execute your attack and defense while maintaining your composure (maybe wrong wording, people would think of breathing, but it also applies with your fluidity or movement during an attack as well as reducing damage taken... hard to explain.)

Anime is different... comparing Magic vs Physical fighting is incomprehensible for us to relate to.

For some Magic users in anime, they don't have to be physically strong, vice versa, so comparing is albeit feeble.

How do you define how much "Mana" a person has versus "Physical" stature? In an Anime, it open.

The Magi's Grandson... this boy died in a different time period and a great understanding of science, but... BUT... as he was bought up as a child in that world of Magic / Melee while being educated in ALL facets, he became superior in BOTH physical and magical abilities. (mind you, his previous life with a scientific mindset, his mastery of magic was superior to ALL other magical based anime.)
