more than that, pure crap, I don't even begin to understand who they did such a bad adaptation and how they didn't realize it.

Disappointing as whole, but the first one was and still is amazing. I still remember when I first saw it in theaters and the excitement I had for the sequels, was a huge let down.

ya some of the scenes where a pure cgi neo that look mediocre now but seriously for 1999 it was mind blowing
the other 2 where meh on special effects but so was everything for that time.



side note i watched them all again a few months ago and although people hated the last 2, there was really nothing else they could of done the story had to progress with the zion war =/

curious what the newest ones will do, cgi is amazing now

The Matrix is a brialliant movie. 2nd matrix movie has some of the sickest action scenes ive ever seen in film. 3rd one is terrible

the cgi is really annoying from the later movies. like the scene where he fights all the clones. it started off with some real actors, then for a while it was purely cgi. really annoying.

only the first one was good
