If you're looking to compare it to one of those teenage vampire shows on CW network then yeah I guess it's good.

Not that I won't watch still, as of course there is potential and yes GOT did also have some "down" stretches.

Crabfeeder was definitely anti-climatic. The slow build that made him look gruesome/fearsome over the first 2.75 episodes was good, but they threw it away. I don't care that he was a very minor character in the books, they made him more than that in the show.

So far 75% of this show is "I'm not respected because I'm a teenage girl wah wah" which like, if you like this narrative that's fine but I doubt most people are enthralled by it. Not to mention we got a lot of "woman not being respected" with Khaleesi in GOT.

So far it's mostly been a teenage drama, and not exactly the thriller/suspenseful/fantasy drama that a lot of people were expecting.

I definitely don't think its the best show out. It is still a solid 7/10.

People forget that Dany literally had the same attitude early and even later into GoT of being angry at not getting respect because she's a woman....as did Arya....and Sansa......and Brienne.......

What is happening in the show occurs in the book. Whether you give a fuck is irrelevant, because this show is based on that book you refuse to read.

If you don't think the show has mostly been about a teenage girl having issues with the way she is treated/her lack of rights/etc. then I don't know what to tell you... we're watching two different things I guess.

Like I said, so far from everything we've seen it feels like a show that is more suitable for the CW network.
