This is bullshit. You dont need ias. on archon counts only eDPS - effective dps so without any attack speed. For example:

This is my true dmg and i am with it 5th wizard in EU. I was making ghom with friend who have about 2.0 as and same dps, and he is making it 30% slower! As is only for stats and if u lose archon
which is now almost impossible!
