Bottom fan (of the radiator) is intake, top is exhaust.

Ideally you want both intake and all other fans exhaust (back of case and top of case). Looks like your top case fan above the RAM is correct

This is how the Professionals do it with 3 top fans.
However i'm not sure if this would be ideal for you, as heat would sit by the ram / front top of case.

Can see that you have 2 front fan spots available.
We would really need to know if you have 1 or 2 rear fans , 1,2,3 top fans

The Radiator Generates / Holds Heat, you want to Exhaust that Out, not In.
So Both fans should be blowing outwards, otherwise your directing heat at your ram.

Amateur here but I'm sorry this is terrible. That airflow setup has negative pressure and current vectors that will have you airdusting a casual use PC monthly.

I could see justifying it if you're putting an Intel i9 under a Noctua NH-D15 but OP has a Watercooler and absolutely does not need his PC sucking in dust in order to cool his chips.

Intake from the front (where your radiator is) and outflow up/back. This is the way.

For what it's worth, depending on your CPU, you might be fine leaving everything where it is, it's just not optimal. I'm assuming if you bought dominators, you put some money into this build and want it to last, so it's probably worth it to optimize

What kind of professional uses front fan as exhaust and back for intake? It should be the other way round

Yeah, even running fans below the MB for a Chimney style intake wouldn't be sufficient (unless with the right case) but 1x 140mm as intake w/ that negative pressure is not the way.

This is the way.

I was thinking the same. That picture mentions Noctua 140 fan so I was imagining a triple fan Noctua air cooler setup with fresh air for the CPU but I think I would still intake from the front and exhaust all of it up top
