You could get a Gaming PC to play D2R for less than 10k USD. I built a top tier SFF build for a buddy for $5k Canadian. Ryzen 9, rtx 3090, 32gb ram

If you're spending $10k just for the sake of spending $10k, find a custom builder and get a really unique design/aesthetic.

If you need it for rendering or AI development and it's a business decision you're looking at workstation GPUs and nobody can build you one with that little information. Do you need lots of CPU power? Do you need a custom waterloop? Multiple GPUs? Lots of RAM? If you're spending too that much for investment, you should probably know what you're buying.

D2R can be played at max settings on a $1700usd build, where would you like to spend the rest? Looks? Monitor? Desk?
