good pc im building something similar

- Good pcu (could have been 9800x3d but that's more money)
- Would personally have picked air fan for cooling
- Ram is good, although I'd personally consider getting 128 GB RAM but that's just personally preferance. I wouldn't go lower than 64 nowadays.
- RTX 5070 Ti would be my pick as well. 16 GB is a must in 2025.

Price seems fair. Usually summer time is the best to buy hardware due to lowest prices (independent from season are market fluctuations)
