One thing

After a week of being on my netbook, and then getting weekends on my desktop to do work for school you really do appreciate a big monitor / big resolution...

It's kind of a fun effect.

Yes it's very sexy, petite, single female piece of hardware (thus- 'mother'board).

I sense milf?

Assembly Day #2:

Well, after using this puppy as a temporary solution to cure the itch for gaming, it is finally time to put this bad boy together. The case arrived today, which was cool and all, but it came after the motherboard, which was unexpected and had taken away all my excitement for the day :D

So here's some pics because I know that's all you guys care about, you don't read anything I write, even though it's vital to understand the background philosophy behind life... oh well, you're missing out.

First of all, some pictures of the new arrival; introducing Mr. Rosewill.

The thing is freaking light, weighs less then 5lb. Must be made of paper-metal (you know, metal made from paper- it exists, I swear!)

Here's a little comparison between the size of a Mid-ATX and a Micro-ATX case (sorry for the vertical alignment):

Here's a shot of the inside.

Getting to work.

Prepping the case, before I did anything, I inserted the fan first because I thought it would be difficult. Apparently not, very easy to insert. I'm very pleased with Rosewill case quality.

Alrighty, I kind of forgot to take pictures of the Power Supply (Corsair 400w) in the first set of pictures. It's very pretty, I love corsair quality PSU. (PS: This isn't in the picture to prove it, but the logo "CORSAIR" on the side of it is written in both ways (if you mount it at the top, with the fan facing down, the logo is in the right orientation. If you were to flip it around to face the fan upwards and at the bottom of the case, the writing on the flip side (which would not be in front) is also the right orientation). Pretty neat, and proves that it's made with care.

NOTICE: The fan is facing upwards, and the logo "CORSAIR" is correctly oriented.

Here is the PSU mounted in the case. NOTICE: the fan is now facing downwards, and the logo "CORSAIR" is still correctly oriented.

Here is the motherboard also mounted in the case. Perfect fit.
