I'm looking to purchase a new TV for my room (looking for around 50 inches), but am trying to weigh my options between the Vizio E Series and M Series.
From my understanding, the M Series is native 120hz, whereas E Series is only 60hz, but overall what would be more worth the dollar between the two?

None of the above. Go for a Sony W600 or W700 series.

It's only for my bedroom though. Not looking for something with huge viewing angles cause the angle is like 20 degrees at most.

It's not just viewing angles. They're just better TVs, plain and simple. Vizio makes crappy panels.
