Is there a way to get items from other classes then I play actually?
So how can I get sorc items when I'm playing a paladin?

In modern blizzard world you are not allowed to do that, lol. Drops in d4 are not random and smart loot system decides what you will get, depending on your class and current items and also current skills.

There might be some edge cases like 2h weapons for necromancers and warlock, but overall no.

There's a node in the war plans that gives u an extra unique from lair bosses that can be for any class

If you save the tree’s caches and let your sorc open them, the item(s) will be for the sorc.

It’s also a good source for getting your new alternator character from 1 to 70 by just opening those caches.

You’ll be getting gears, glyphs, crafting manuals etc..,.at the same time.

Outside of opening those caches method, glyphs won’t drop until you’re level 70.

Also, if you are looking for uniques, pass all of your boss materials to you sorc and have your sorc transmute them in the cube.
