What are you looking for? Andy and meph have most exceptional and elite uniques. If youre after fathom or griffs or other high TC items, roll a nice Ancient Tunnels map and hammer it for a few thousand runs. Can be done with average gear on cold sorc for lower player setting, but with even mildly strong merc you can go to p5-8, static, blizz + ice blast. Non sunder required.
Mix in hours of LK for runes to build your runewords--nothing better and faster, and probably less eye cancery if you have the new loot filter.
My exact strategy too. Highly recommended for starting fresh.
