Do i go with Jalals or Cerebus?

I have an upped Plague Bearer for weapon,Bramble armor.

Any advice on whats the best gear to go with?

I use the same gear as fury. Only item i use different is weapon grief shield 20/20jmod. I use jalals cause of the mana per kill. Gore, raven bk hl lh soe

Its my fun build so i let poison kill it. So i just hit a run. But i use it for pit runs only. So not sure if my build works for where you want to run.

Yeah, im thinking of using for cows. Just thought about this build so i haven’t done a lot of thinking on it. Would Angelics with 2 rings be an option? Should i be more concerned with AR?
