is 99 fcr really worth it on a skill that has a cooldown?

Why not spirit weapon? :S +2 skills 55fhr, 22 vita, 50+ mana vs 10 all res and some useless castrate

Casts quicker and gives me more mobility to cast and run. Usually my animation of casting used to be broken now and then by fhr animation upon taking a hit.
99/99 males it easier and i currently dont have anything better to use anyway ^^




Maybe when i get more fcr sources to reach 99 fcr.
Not now even tho it is a plan sooner or later
