life tap worked but i got problems with the fire damage... my life low fast

i wear only a shako (i hate this helm for barb) and one sc 3mf / 3 max /20 ar. Total % mf 53% lolllllllllllll . Actually i am doing pits + low kurast + mephi + shnek + eldrich... I play a lot, i dont know the exact number of runs.
