So yeah, I tried DDO, why the fuck do i miss 90% of my attacks?

It could have to do with your chosen weapon, your strength, certain feats...it all depends on a lot of things.

Lots of reasons.
-Use weapons you're proficient with, it will tell you you're not in the upper right
-Stand still when attacking
-If your strength is low, then you'll miss often
-Dual wielding causes a hit penalty
