First project I had in mind was either ramen or udon.

It's so versatile. One could sub vermicelli.

Pack of assorted chops, 3lb, >$4 (Can sub hot dogs, spam, beef, whatever you want really, just cook it thoroughly.)
Case of ramen, $7-30 (cheap - expensive) (Can sub udon or vermicelli)
Pack of eggs $7/two doz
Field greens $3-5 for a big pack

Veggies $varies
Bells, jalapenos, habaneros, onions, potatoes, radish, water chestnuts, garlic

Should be good for about 8 meals. Use your good judgment when measuring how much meat to add.

>Chop the meat and set aside.
>Chop the veggies and set aside.
>Chop the greens, rinse, and set aside.
>>Fry the meat product up with the veggies until fully cooked.

>>>Reconstitute the noodles with packet and drain. (don't use too much water. The noodles won't take on the flavor.)

>Add noodles to fry
>Add 1-2 eggs to fry
>>Fry until you're satisfied with crispiness.

At this point, you can either add the greens to wilt, and then serve, or you can add the greens to the plate and serve fresh.

One could also boil instead of fry. Eg. add all those ingredients to ramen broth and add noodles last. :P
