Hello! I was unsure on where to post this but I hope this is the correct place!

I recently had surgery about 2 weeks ago. I had my gall bladder removed, it had turned necrotic inside of me for awhile and my blood flow to my liver was being cut off. I was barley able to tolerate anything before surgery all I ate was basically toast if I would eat at all.
After surgery I have been eating nothing but frosted flakes 3 times a day and after 2 weeks straight I am ready to shoot myself. Last night I had enough of it and decided to make a no fat ground chicken meatloaf which really I now prefer over hamburger meat, it was realllllllllly good and I could tolerate it.

So what I am in need of from all of you wonderful culinary people are ideas of no fat meals ( very small portions I cant eat more then 3oz at a time). I really know my way around the kitchen, so don't hesitate to throw down some complicated recipes <3

Thank you my lovely's !

I'm a little confused on why you need special food. I had my gallbladder taken out a few years ago and I was able to eat/drink whatever I wanted

maybe you lucked out. iirc the gallbladder helps to digest fat. after it's removed, you'll get a lot of pain/diarhea if you consume too much fat.
