My grandma used to make these mini pretzels covered in a caramel and dipped in chocolate with almonds stuck on them.

NOT pretzel rods.

Any cheap and easy recipes for this? I only have a convection oven.

it would help if you had a picture of it. are the pretzels cold, hot, or room temperature? and how "cheap" is cheap? probably the most expensive ingredients are the toppings.

here's a pretzel recipe if you dont already have one:

personally i dont make bagels / pretzels much because i dont care to boil them heh.

if you're not familiar with making ganache, here's a vid that should help. i just saw it the other day when he uploaded it. you can see what consistency comes from different ratios of cream/chocolate.

put the chocolate on the pretzel after the prezel cools, then sprinkle your almonds on top.

as for caramel, i dont have any experience with it since i dont care for the taste personally.
