thanks to costco's great return policy, i bought a food processor to make oat flour. any tips on baking with it as a replacement for flour? i won't replace everything. just 1/4 of the flour or so.

can i bread chicken with it instead of flour? oat flour + eggs + panko bread crumbs, something like that
