maybe a cook book / site or something? tired of tv dinners lol... shit is loaded with sodium and gonna give me a heart attack

looking for a few simple things (10+) to cook as long as its moderately cheap / taste decent

and simple directions... i am by no means a chef

Did you tried steak?
Supplies :
2-3 slice Beef steak (approx 3cm thick)
5 dkg butter
2 spoon olive oil
salt
ground black pepper


1. Curing the meal.
Salting the meal's both side.
Ground peppering both side
Put into olive oil but make sure to be get soaked the meal ( you can use any oil example cooking oil)
Leave the meal 4-5 days into the frigider

2.
After days... put oil in ribbed iron skillet ( to make sure the oil is hot enough)
Put the meal into the oil.

Type of steaks :
1.rare - bleeding
2. medium - pink
3. well done - brown

Times :
cooking time side by side and Standing time.
Rare : 4-5 minutes Standing Time : 6 minutes
Medium : 5-6 minutes Standing Time : 4 minutes
Well done : 7 minutes Standing Time : 1 minutes


E: Side dish can be mashed potatoes

this food cost like 10-15 euro depend on price for steak meal.

roast chicken legs are always good and pretty cheap. i usually stick some sliced potatoes under em also. add some veggies or a salad and you got a full meal.

mix equal parts salt, garlic, onion, paprika
line pan with foil
spray with olive oil
sprinkle with some of spice mix as well as black pepper and oregano
line with yukon gold potatoes cut in half lengthwise. or thirds if really big/thick
sprinkle with some of spice mix as well as black pepper and oregano
spray with olive oil
bake on bottom shelf for 15 minutes at 350
lay chicken legs on top
sprinkle with some of spice mix as well as black pepper and oregano
spray with olive oil
bake on bottom shelf for 60 minutes at 350
