Friend surprised me with a present last night... He designed and ordered a custom tap handle for me. Now to decide if I want to get a mid size fridge/ make a keezer or run the lines through my current mini fridge. I am leaning more towards getting mid size fridge / keezer. Tired of just one beer on tap, so I can have a session + something heavier

Ya been looking lately, gotta pull the trigger soon. Want more kegs. Would like 1 session beer and another I can have a few of.

I might be trying a Belgian tripel again for next one. If you haven't, a bourbon barrel aged stout or ale would be nice for winter imo

This is all i got for a kegerator - just bent the freezer section of my mini fridge and cut off the door panel.

Ya, a house would be nice. Then can design home brewing area :p

Well the other day I pulled the trigger on a stc-1000 temperature controller. When that comes in, gonna put it together and slowly start buying faucets, manifold, n freezer

http://brewprof.com/weekend-diy-homebrew-project-dual-stage-temperature-controller-stc-1000/2/

is what i will be doing - plugging freezer into a controlled outlet. So there will be some wiring and stuff i have to do, but shouldnt be too bad.

For the temperature probe, if i get ambitious enough ill get a small scintillation vial from work and fill it with glycerol for a more steady/realistic temperature reading.
