problem is you need to get the right variety of frog, so you are lucky if they roam in your area

Chicken feet was pretty good actually. had some pickled.

was a bit much work though for how much meat there was.

if we wanna add local foods, i do eat crawfish. dont know how the majority feels about them though.

I love living in the south.

had steamed chicken feet at a dim sum restaurant. it was decent, weird texture but amazing flavor.

Id be down to try dog or cat at some point. just to freak people out

honestly, chicken feet just kinda tastes like soft chicken, not much there. its great braised though.

Probably organs.... i love sweetbreads, beef stomach, pork trippe soup, blood pudding is yummy, etc etc ...most asians soup with beef or pork organs i had (in thailand and japan) were amazing..

My mom started getting interested in mushrooms a long time ago and was able to pick some up in the forest and identify them, so i've eaten rare freshly picked forest mushrooms for most of my childhood and now have a craving for all kinds of mushrooms ^^ and many people seem to hate them
