Avocado! Sometimes with salt and lemon, sometimes not

^ "Travel back in time with Kamut® grain, an ancient variety of wheat that was only recently rediscovered by modern-day farmers. The history of this ancient wheat grain is a bit mysterious. Some say that Noah brought Kamut® kernels along on the ark, hence the nickname “Prophet's Wheat.” Others call Kamut® grain “King Tut's Wheat,” claiming it was found in the tomb of an Egyptian pharaoh. Though its origins are debated, there's no arguing the fact that Kamut® wheat is healthy and delicious. "

Sounds interesting, I'll try to grow it if I can. Though if it's ® dunno if it's possible? Wtf tbh

I have cooked kamut

Fruits fruits and mooiore fruits.

Or just go for bread vegan butter and jam.

Cereal with rice milk( or almond milk or soy milk) is not my favorite but it's ok.

Vegan bacon. It comes from pigs that only eat vegetables.

Actually, they made this.
I believe it is made out of kelp or something like that.

As for an option.
I used to love almond milk + bananas mixed together in a mason jar with chia

Have you considered smoothies?

Oat Cereals with Almond/Soya Milk and 1 Banana (mixed or just cut, as you prefer).
Add 1 large spoon of Honey. (If you eat honey as vegan, I do as vegetarian)

That should keep you full for a while
