These knives are so legit. My old chef had a couple and I fell in love with them. He's gonna let me know the next time he goes to Japan so I can give him money to get one for me. Easily some of the best knives I've ever used. They take a ridiculous edge.

He had masamoto tsukiji? They are really nice i like them... especially the big petty knife... its stainless so not reactive. But some of them like the naikiri are too reactive.
