If they're good they have a relatively intense saltiness, but that's what i like so much. The ones with core inside are fresher and saltier, the ones without can vary from brown-ish dry crap to real proper fresh olives of quality. Never buy canned olives, pay for the brand it's so so worth it. It's w/e as long as they're without core for pizza but plain or sallad needs good ones. I forsee a pack of olives in my near future after writing this. Brb store. Yum.
