After the water comes to a boil, toss the chicken in. And let it cook for about 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes its time to get it out and other things can go in there like weenies.
Reminds me of chopping off emercians tiny wee wee lol

Time to get that chicken deboned and ready to be put in that pot
Next we also put oysters in our Gumbo cuz we love seafood and oysters are also a well known aphrodisiac. The unwashed is best due to the saltyness from the ocean.
