Not to mention every picture you post looks like it came from a restaurant. I find it hard to believe you can make sushi this well in such a short amount of time.
Im Chef in asian Restauran. But i am not a sushi master, i make all HOT dishes.
I make sushi sometimes at home and sometimes in restaurant for my friends or family. And that is why i am amateur sushi master:)
I love that but I dont have much time to make it. I can also make Photos of my 'pro' plates
