This.. I marinade mine in fresh ginger, soy sauce, fresh garlic, fresh squezed orange juice and a bit of sugar.. After it marinades, get it up to room temp than grill for about 5 minutes a side. That's the good shit..
Needs to hurry up and warm up outside.
