These cookies are some of the best tasting and easiest homade cookies to make. Also this recipie is liquid free. (May need 1/4 cup of milk if not strong enough to stir batter)

My future mother-in-law has been showing me alot of her recipes and is passing them down to me. I feel honored and Blessed that I have the opportunity to carry on the family traditions.

Here is the ingredients. Time to get started. :santa:

🌰 I don't use dates, but its w/e if you want to

🍍🍒 chop the nuts and fruit prior to mixing ingredients

The first step is mixing. Get yalls shortening in a big bowl and start mixing it till smooth.

Add your ingredients of vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon, brown sugar, and eggs.

It may get hard to stir with an electric mixer so get a big spoon and continue by hand.

Be sure to measure properly

Mix it good. It's gonna be hard, but try your best

If it gets absolutely too hard, add a little milk. Maybe a 1/4 cup

It's nice to have big bowls

Make sure you have the over preheated and your cooling station ready for the cookies

You will need around this size and kind of baking pans

Having fun is also required for best results

Now we will use a little scooper thing like for scooping out watermelons for Jager Fruit Bombs or ice cream. It's just a little scooper thing.

Try to make sure they are all even and nice

Now let's put the pans in the oven and after they are done make sure to take em out the pan and set the cookies on a cooling rack

It made roughly 80 cookies but we ate some during the cooling process ha-ha.

This was so much fun to do with George and his Mom. I'll make future topics with the same step by step pic thing here so its easy to follow. Maybe Johnathan Overmeyer (jahovawitness) can do something similar or even collaborate with me and do something together.

Have a Merry Christmas y'all and Happy New Year.
