Pretty much same batter as you would for fried ice cream. Fry it the same amount of time.

you take a hard ball of ice cream and roll it in graham crackers and peanuts!

drop it in the deep fryer for just a few seconds and it makes the ice cream super soft!

drizzle some chocolate and caramel syrup over the top and eat!

I've never tried fried watermelon though but it sounds good!

watermelon and hot sauce is pretty legit also.

My grandfather does watermelon and salt/ pepper.
