Honestly it's hard to say.

Let's assume no bots season 1 (Low chance of that but for the fun of the convo)

There's going to be a massive influx of people in Season 1, like what x5-10 more then what we've seen in 10 years type of influx.
Also all realms will be combined, so another pseudo influx cause we'll all be playing together.

With those in mind, there will be way more people mowing down the entire game, Meph, Andy, Baal, Dia, Pits, Countess, tombs, trav,blah blah thus a lot more reasonable chance for HRs and other items to appear.

The difference though is that's also a lot more demand for the supply happening, Everyone Wants Enigma, CoH, Fort, Grief, Exile, HoTo, etc.

So the 1st monthish, they'll still be expensive as all hell, but I think they'll start dropping down at a rapid pace, but they might not have time to drop below 1-5k in the first season before a new season.
Throw the inevitable bots in the rat race, and we'll see a lot more then we currently expect.

Also need to consider though that a lot of these people won't be on JSP though, because the outside world hates JSP.
Also consider new players who won't know the real value of a HR though......

what if they increase the drop rate? aka some activision bulllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllshit. we shall see

I think there was a mention of not giving players unlimited resets for stats/skills which could mean removal of said Token?

I quickly became fond of this token but on the other hand, I remember the struggle to really get your points right the first time because any imperfection meant re-making character. That was some good time.
