The buff to blade fury is stupid. They have NEVER played the game, they have not played blade fury.
This skill has two GREAT problems:
-the retarded delay to cast the first attack
-it needs attack rating to hit and it doesn't have any AR bonus

But of course, they don't have any fucking idea about how this works.

The delay is really bad, and it got worse when they removed bunch of delays and cooldowns but not this. The overall impression here is the same - they never really played it.

I got used to AR pita, up to 10k (not dexazon, but 250-300) + CoS works almost like ITD on higher levels. I can live with this one.

Players now must smash the Compelling Orb to enter the Durance of Hate, instead of killing the Council. This means the “Khalim's Will” quest needs to be completed to use the Durance of Hate Level 2 waypoint.
Developer Comments: We saw that due to a logic glitch, players often chose to skip required content within Act III by bypassing “Khalim's Will” quest and not experiencing much of what Act III has to offer. We decided to make the “Khalim's Will” quest a proper requirement to complete Act III, much like how players need to assemble the Horadric Staff to enter Tal Rasha’s Chamber in Act II.

It's shit.

1 Ral Rune + 1 Sol Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Normal Set Weapon -> Exceptional Version of Set Weapon

1 Lum Rune + 1 Pul Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Exceptional Set Weapon -> Elite Version of Set Weapon

1 Tal Rune + 1 Shael Rune + 1 Perfect Diamond + Normal Set Armor -> Exceptional Version of Set Armor

1 Ko Rune + 1 Lem Rune + 1 Perfect Diamond + Exceptional Set Armor ->Elite Version of Set Armor

It's insane, Aldurs Devil Star with 3 x 40/15 will hit harder than grief.

Taken from Arreat Summit:

Aldur's Watchtower - The 350% Enhanced Damage is on the complete set, not on the weapon. Enhanced Damage from non-weapon equipment works like Enhanced Damage from skills and the strength bonus, which is different from how Enhanced Damage on the weapon works. Essentially, the 350% ED will add 350% of your weapon damage to your total. With a 60-93 damage weapon, that means the 350% Enhanced Damage will add 210-325 total damage. This is really not very significant, but it's not a bug, just a balance issue.

84-130 Jagged Star damage with 40ed/15ias jewels
84-175 Jagged Star damage with 40ed/15max jewels
294-455 40/15ias jeweled Jagged Star with full set
294-612 40ed/15max jeweled Jagged Star with full set

134-178 Devil Star damage with 40ed/15ias jewels
134-223 Devil Star damage with 40ed/15max jewels
469-623 40/15ias jeweled Devil Star with full set
469-780 40ed/15max jeweled Devil Star with full set

That is not how enhanced damage works. You are mixing weapon enhanced damage with off weapon enhanced damage.

I think, best case scenario, it will be equivalent to a 230-300 weapon with the +350ed off-weapon.

E: with being jeweled.

Actually, it is in this case: http://classic.battle.net/diablo2exp/items/sets/sets4.shtml

Normally, I'd do this...

Example:
Base miniumum damage * enhanced damage percent + minimum +DMG
Base maximum damage * enhanced damage percent + maximum +DMG

But that's not what Blizzard said with Aldurs Watchtower now is it? They said treat the 350% enhanced damage stat on the Aldurs set as you would skill enhanced damage.

devil star: 41-53 damage
+470%ed = 233-302
on wep ed 200%: 82-107
total: 356-409

is this correct? idk how its calculated really just guessing

I'm not exactly positive how it works.

First google result popped this equation up, so if we go off this.
Total damage = ([Base weapon damage x ON WEAPON ED% x eth bonus if applicable] + All sources of +min/max damage and + damage] x Off weapon ED %)

90-116
++
90 + 40 = 130
116 + 62 = 178
--
130-178(350%)

idk

E: Now compare that to grief + fort setup.

EE: That's not taking weapon being jeweled.

EEE: realized I messed up, I think I did add +120ed from jewel weapon.
