hardware ID, bans your motherboard, every piece of hardware in your PC has an ID number, that windows actively reads. they can/will ban your hardware. MAC, etc.

dont buy used PC hardware off craigslist. probably banned junk

yes they are, theyve been actively HWID'ding for years now. OW. etc

i personally know 2people who were HWID'd for mass duping in beta.
