I think the staff is useless. Hoto + spirit still outperforms by a lot and it’s cheaper too..

I think it will be more for low - mid lvl main bowzon weapon rather than on a merc.

Personally, I am very curious about the staff if you find a fantastic base for it, like +3blizz/+3cm or something. Sounds comparable to some really nice rare orbs combo'd with spirit.
