Im not sure if thats the real maths tbh. Im not a math nerd who understand well enough such stuff, but blizzard said:
Changed the logic for determining how often Whirlwind attacks occur. Whirlwind now incorporates Increased Attack Speed (IAS) from all equipment. The frames between each Whirlwind attack are equal to the attack frame of a basic attack for that character (modified by increased attack speed). While dual wielding, the attack frame for each weapon will be averaged (rounding up). Overall, Whirlwind attacks should be at least as fast as they were before. Slower weapons will attack notably faster.
If ur calcs correct then almost every slow claw cant hit max 4fpa ww speed, which is the opposite from what they said and in the ideology of ghost or hybsins makes no sense to me. We need imo more tests.
Blizzard is clueless. They had this exact same issue when they decided they wanted to “fix” wearwolf/werebesr.
Their “buff” was a huge nerf.
All the math makes sense. Once you realize blizzard is stupid AF, everything makes sense.
