It's just likely the donor forum (which Ringo has access to because he has a blue star). Just a place to sell/buy real life stuff. Dunno what actually is traded there but I know I saw a post that said certain kinds of gift cards are traded there and I believe someone said that someone sold a car on there before as well. Dunno if true or not about the car.
You can gain access by spending $25 or by doing the "donate for me" and having someone buy your donation for you using your forum gold.
