FT5 Bracket Style Duels ( First To 5 )

Each Match Up Will Consist Of A Series Of Duels, First Participant To Get 5 Wins Will Advance

These Will Be 9 Tier CQ ( Close Quarter ) Only Duels

9 Tier Includes Any Char That Is Level 9 And A Few Exceptions Can Go To Level 12

Exceptions:

Double Swinger

Dragon Clawer

IB Sorc

Any CQ Sorc Build

Mauler

Feral Rage

Rules:

1) No Pots Of Any Kind

2) No Slow %

3) No Hybrids

4) No Mods Of Any Kind

5) Both Participants Must Say G Before Starting A Duel

6) No Running Away / Kiting ( Close Quarters Combat Only )

7) No Smiters

8) Level 12s Are Only Allowed Half An Inventory Of Level 12 Charms

9) No Angelics

10) No Prebuffs

11) No Partying

12) No Weaken Charges

13) No Recasting Bone Armor Or Cyclone Armor

14) Golems Are Allowed But No Resummoning

15) You May Range A Golem But Not The Opponent

16) No Eth Items Without Repair

17) No Xfering Once Duels Are In Progress

18) No Mercs

19) No Hot Spurs

20) No Prayer

y no eth items w/o rep?

makes complete sense for rare items,
but do ppl not still regularly use/replace white eth socket items in vlld?

I dont, feel its stupid.

Makes it ezier to gear your chars well takes the challenge out of certain aspects and just feel lits a bit BM to use an item that could break and never be used again

w/e u can make w/e rules u want
just seemed wierd to me since last time i played vlld it was pretty much commonplace, but its been a while and i guess thats changed
also, in many cases the eth socket items were the best item in slot w/ the right gems, and very easy to replace when gone, so you were pretty much always using the same gear
