well i would only use such an item for bvb ofc.. don't care about def/ar in other duels (apart from ar vs pala perhaps)
lower total base items profit more from +def on jewels

i only included ar from jewelery+charms in my example so it's very possible that have more ar :)
also: the %bonus gets more effective the higher base ar u got

by the time you have enough ar from other gear to benefit in any substantial way from ar from that helmet, you will already have enough ar. back on topix! show us what you have bought for urselves this christmas!

only thing that really benfits from vis at lld is kicker, and that already has a stupidly high amount it's irrelevant.

have to remember that ar suffers from deminishing returns, while def does not. but i think woulda been a nice helm with 2os>.<
