So the time has finally come, I've been waiting on a group buy on a different site to finally drop and I'm finally able to secure a great deal on a Comptech Supercharger. Come Monday ill put down $700 to secure the price and start having my kit assembled as well as the first payment of $3500. It's a great kit that has the best reliability of any forced induction system for the NSX, it was also a dealer option in some areas and some people have 100k miles on their blower. Additionally there has not been a single recorded engine failure directly related to the kit. It's also CARB certified so when I'm finally able to move back to CA I won't have any smog headaches.

Some details:
Blower is a twin screw type made by autorotor 1.7L
Kit is low boost rated at ~7lbs
Requires no additional parts, pretty much a turn key application after installed
As part of the group buy, Comptech is engraving each one "custom built for NSX #**** by CT engineering" <--awesome!

Should be a very fun car after said and done, torque curve is basically flat and boost comes instantly of course. Similar modded NSXs have shown about 350 rwhp on the low boost kit. Ill be upgrading to high boost later this year :).
