What inground fence is the best kind? For 2 50lb dogs

Need it so dog quits digging under fence. I going to get new fence in a month and was wondering is it possible to put the underground fence wire inside the fence under fence boards if would work. My one dog has a problem with digging and have taken to multiple classes and everything to get her to stop so wanna try this fence. Was just wondering if has to be underground or could it be in fence like 10-12 inches above ground

Regardless of getting the inground fence or not..
The best bet is to teach your dog where the acceptable digging locations in your yard are.
This is a common problem for owners of Westies.

Because you're not a client of mine i'll be extremely blunt, and not filter anything.

Then you shouldn't have dogs. Dogs dig...
You can manage the behavior, but you can never stop 100% the instinct dogs have of digging.
Especially if you have a breed known to be a digger. Probably the reason dog trainers you've gone to have had little success in helping you.
But being that you're not even open to trying to manage the behavior by providing a digging location... I can logically deduce you haven't tried everything like you've said. You've only tried the basics trainers tell clients.

Just like with herding dogs. If you don't provide an outlet for them to do what comes natural... herd... then they will attempt to herd things they shouldn't be. (children/people/bikes/cars/etc.)
Try the fence. but I would bet anything it doesn't solve the issue of digging. I bet they either keep digging near your fence line , and or pick other spots to dig in. Have fun with the holes everywhere.

I won't bother to get into other reasons why a dog is digging. That would equal tldr for a forum + free advice.

the only place the dog digs is under the fence dumbass. she rarely ever digs anywhere else hence why I asked if could put those fences in the fence to stop a dog from trying to dig under it if they get a lil jolt every time they get close enough to dig under it. if I wanted your 2 cents on the other subject I would have asked I asked a simple question that you Clearly don't have the answer too.. if you don't know then its as simple as shutting the fuck up. and yes we have tried everything else other then this underground fence hence why I was asking about that specifically. how the hell would you know what was all tried to stop the dog from digging. your probly just some dumbass at home with a dog training book acting like you know shit.

First sentence and you're already contradicting yourself first. Entertaining.

I actually do have the answer. I gave an option, you didn't like it. I could give you more options... But well I'm not free.. From your first post you remind me of someone who wants an "easy fix".
You're not a client, not my job to convince a dense dog owner I'm right. + I'm not in the business of giving free shit out too often. I just feel for your dogs.
You haven't tried everything else, you've tried everything that you're willing to try. See how I draw that conclusion?

I know it's hard to understand one's own words.
I'd say 5-1 your dogs are digging due to being bored aka lack of mental stimulation. But hey, dogs are show pieces right? Get one and forget it.
I mean after all you're not calling up a professional in your area. You're asking an INTERNET FORUM. Talk about doing research.

I digress trying everything means providing an acceptable digging area...
Not just the basics of putting shit, hot sauce, bitter apple spray, etc.... in the hole/around your fence. I guess that's "trying everything".
(I won't drop to you're level and call you a dumbass but you know...)

Lol, yeah I have training books. I also have a PHD in Animal Psychology. I could also provide a number so you can confirm that.
But you know... you've done "everything".
Why don't you try a hose? You seem like an owner who would do something like that if you want a fence that provides a "jolt" aka Shock fence. to your dog.
You prolly love choke chains, shock, and prong collars don'tcha?
#getoutofthepast

What did I used to say when I was playing d2?
Don't get big again kid.
Something like that.

Edit. Had to take one basic out for fear you'd try it without realizing it could cut into the pads of your dogs. Seem like one of those people....

You shouldn't own a pet. Period.
