ok guys i have made a few changes.
first of all
i have tooken the power to remove members from all of members but me up this is not because we dont trust you but if some of you get in fights and kick people big deal and work for me and jay.

i have tooken away right to upgrade or downgrade members me and jay will handel all premotes and demotes.
and last
i have tooken the power to aprove new members this is another thing that will let us see how is comeing into guild if you want freinds to join that is no problem with me or jay just pm me or him if i am not on.

have you also thought about making new ranks so not everyone stays cadets because some of them have been on alot and should be promoted because they are trying but some just dont care so leave them
