Imo: Waterwalks>gore riders for smiter. Life+dex plus that way you shift gear less. more convinient. If you're going to use grief use grie phase for ias since no fanat. Imo put the extra 4 points into vigor instead of Baim, more convenience and still same +% to hammers. And you need more than 60%fcr when in Hdin setup. And shako>coa imo because of Life/mana/dr/mf And I'd ber or 15-15 it.(in this case prolly 15-15 it) i say ber the hoz for dr.

So like, for Hdin setup(after bo)

Shako(15-15)
nigma
Dracs or Bfists
Some GG 45res spirit sacred targe(you need 35fcr)
hoto
waterwalks(dex+life)
Raven ring(dex+cnbf)
Bk ring.
maras
Dungos(dr vita)
same charms as above.

This way in hdin set you have the 75%fcr bp
33%dr
High res
Lots of dex+life.

For the Smiter just have wep switch at grief pb and Up'd ber'd hoz.
41%dr
Great damage+ias while using concentration.
possibly get treachery to fade yourself. +15dr and like 50 res


Bfists vs dracs
Bfists have 30% fhr and 10 ias+life
dracs have str and life tap and OW
I prefer Bfists b/c it takes care of the fhr life and helps with ias ESPECIALLY since you won't have fanat.

IMO, bfists for everything but ubers
Actually ue em for ubers, get exile for ubers you will have no trouble then.

and i would also like to say not to mess with rank powers i have made changes and this morning i looked and some members had old powers back

i have givein kevin and mike there powers back but no one under them will have them if you have a problem with this pm me and i will talk with jay.

i have let one rank under had edit rank thing powers but dont give your selfs back power that is so you can change name.
