it's not only that there are cases where it's impossible to tell if some1 is just bad or trolling
i mean shit once a keeper accidently ultid or ws pyro ulting into nullstones etc.... who can tell if it was either sloppiness or grieving? there are many more examples that can be given
in the end it comes down to luck really, if they think u did it on purpose even if u appeal it most of cases gms back each other up
