Mac: notepad++ , xcode, dreamweaver cs6, and Flux.

IMO the best is xcode and dreamweaver.

Haha I started working for a company where I learned linux and ssh. So now I use Vim :P Its nice when we start using all the tricks :P

no one mentioned Geany? crossplatform, has basic IDE features, lightweight etc... I use it all the time
