I'm not sure if anyone in Pard is dumb enough to believe that, but I won't speak for everyone.
This is an Israeli operation that I can mostly get behind. Somewhat neutering Hezbollahs offensive capabilities took a heavy toll on y'all; the ceasefire is completely useless if you allow them to resupply from syria. If the status quo remained, and Hezbollah was granted breathing room, I would argue that this recent war would be a failure, much like 2006 was, BUT if you can put a stop to Iran's meddling in the ME, while gaza and Lebanon are on the back burner, then this war becomes a lot more favourable for the Israelis. Everything currently happening in Syria benefits Israel the most by far; hell, everyone's so distracted that no one's paying attention to yall bombing damascus again.
I don’t care if you believe it or not; we’re not involved in this. In fact, Assad seeking Israeli help shows that, unlike the Turks, we’re not behind it.
Hezbollah didn’t inflict a heavy toll on us—fighting on seven fronts did. This recent war only reinforced the fact that we’re not a force to be messed with.
