As I have said before - if both adults cannot come to an agreement - should be as followed. It takes two people to create a child, and both weight should be considered.

Both want - Raise the child
Man wants, woman doesnt - Have the child, woman signs off all rights, man lives happy ever after.
Woman wants, man doesnt - Have the child, man signs off all rights, woman is unable to collect child support.
Both do not want - abort


What a non-solution. You can't sign off on rights for a child, it is a human being lol.

At this point you're treating babies like objects and not people after they're born.

Though women can often abandon a child, put it up for adoption or even abort it a man has no say in any of it.

I watched the video, it is about a man poisoning a woman, attacking her body with drugs, to abort a six week old fetus. Give it about nine more weeks and it could be called murder. It may sound callous but there was not a human being killed, because the human genetic material that would eventually become a person if left alone wasn't at the stage where it resembled anything remotely human.

You have to wait until technology gets to a state to bring viability of a fetus to six weeks to claim that a six week old fetus can be murdered.

...it may actually be considered not only murder but aggravated murder here in Ohio since the death of the fetus was the result of another felony being committed making him eligible for the death penalty .

Yup, all abortion doctors should also receive life, it sucks they have to wait so long to receive proper judgement on their actions against others.
