how is a judge part of the police force?

and no i don't get caught speeding...because i know what speed limit signs are.

inbred favortisim.

when you work with the same person day in and day out, your automatically bias for them.

joe schmo comes in off the street, hes never met the da or the judge, while the cop who participated in entrapment to arrest the individual is the judges best friend. who do you think the judge is going to side with?

Or, they had access to a whole lot of information the news didn't want to include because it would make the story a lot less one sided.

there are several laws that make the acts of the individuals involed quite illegal. i guess the judge just had a case of temporatry amnesia.

the length of time they kept Christie strapped to the chair, pepper spraying him after he had been restrained (as well as their failure to clean the pepper spray off of him), their failure to properly evaluate him for mental and physical health problems, and their failure to allow him to take his medication.

and thats just as far as the use of force, the situation concerning the evualtion of this individual, and the presence of a medicl examiner being another 2.

List specific laws, list how they were broken, and whether or not mitigating circumstances applied to any of them.

The whole point of that chair he is in is to restrain him.

Once he is in that they should just let him sit until he cools his jets.

He is detained, why the hell would you feel the need to pepper spray him?

I cannot believe how many people are siding with the cops.
