Most churches will allow them to attend. Doesn't mean they will stop callin it a sin. I have never heard of a church makin some leave or not permitting them to attend solely because the person is gay.

I don't understand this. The post you were referencing was talking about your post on where will they find salvation, relating to the discussion of gay attendance at churches.
The claim of stating that the just the BSA won't allow gays you seem to be arguing against is not in the discussion you quoted.
We all know there are many other groups that won't allow gays.

If the BSA wishes to do this then they can. I'm not going to tell private organizations what to do.

...again you jump to erroneous conclusions . We would never exclude them from attending our church although they mostly exclude themselves .We would of course expect them to conform to Biblical teaching and conduct while attending church services and functions.

You also provided no statistics regarding this.
Go find some and report what you find.

Of course as a private organization they should be free to do what they want. I'm not going to pass legislation. But, there are plenty of other organizations that allow for homosexuals but don't deviate from Christian or other religious teachings. Specifically, the YMCA allows women, homosexuals, non-christians, former felons, etc. etc. into its doors because of the belief helping people and building a community can lead people to follow Christ. What I'm getting at is that the BSA could do the exact same thing, but would rather appeal to the right-wingers on the issues. It seems much easier to shut individuals out than it does to lend out a hand and help them cope with life.

Heaven forbid should young homosexuals learn about monogamy, keeping your body clean and safe, or being of good moral character.



My point is that you seem perfectly okay with allowing them to come to church services, but want to exclude them from Christian-oriented social activities and organizations (i.e. the BSA). This is hypocritical at best, and just hateful at worst.
