Truth is, I didn't give a flying fuck about geopolitics prior to 2014. I was just some dumb, young kid concerned only with making money and chasing women. Then I saw what was happening in Ukraine. Then I saw all the videos on youtube - back before these things were censored heavily - of footage involving Ukrainian airstrikes & artillery strikes on civilians. I saw videos of countless innocent people torn apart, ripped to pieces, women & children, their intestines splayed out on the ground. These people had nothing to do with the war, but the Ukrainian army killed them all anyway - their only crime being they happened to live in Donbass. Then I watched helplessly as the media called these warcrimes a response to the "Russian invasion" of Eastern Ukraine. Who knew that Eastern Ukrainians standing up for themselves against fascists counts as a Russian invasion? According to the media, Russia has been "invading" Ukraine since 2014.

I saw the photos that the Azov, Right Sector and other volunteer neo-nazi battalions posted on facebook, twitter and other social media. Dozens of guys holding rifles, covered in swastikas - photos the media has never ONCE bothered to mention.

These Neo-Nazi brigades were given everything they needed to commit massacres as they pleased. Tanks, APC's, heavy artillery, self-propelled artillery, all while being backed up by airstrikes from the Ukrop Nazi airforce. Snipers in their ranks deliberately targeted women & children that just so happened to be near the front-line. Stories of innocent women passing through Right Sector-controlled checkpoints started to appear online. They were abducting women before gang-raping and then executing them. Such brutality in Europe hasn't been heard of since WW2, and now it's happening with full US support.

This served as my personal awakening to the truth of the country that I live in - the United States - and the horrors that is inflicting all over the planet in the name of empire, and the utter hypocrisy of the left's narrative.
