What part of "Moore cannot go to jail for ANY of the things of which he has been accused" do you not understand? Every single case is something for which the statute of limitations has long since expired.

Now does he have a figurative scarlet letter on his chest? Absolutely. But he CANNOT suffer any criminal consequences for this.
